Our History.

On Easter of 1997, Buddy and Pat Harrison conducted Father’s House first service in the City Plex Towers across from ORU. A year later, Pastor Buddy would move to heaven and the church would be handed over to their daughter and son-in-law, Fred and Cookie Brothers.

Under the direction of the Brothers, the church would continue to move forward and change locations from 41st and Memorial to 92nd and Harvard. In this time of transition, Father’s House continued to impact Tulsa and the world. While returning from a leadership meeting in 2001, Pastor Fred received a word from the Lord, “One day Father’s House will impact 250 significant places around the world.” He then began to get involved in financially supporting the great commission around the world. It was under their direction that many young ministers would be raised up and now serve in churches across the globe.

After eighteen years of serving as Senior Pastors, sensing God shifting their focus, Pastors Fred and Cookie Brothers transitioned the leadership of the church to their spiritual son, Jon Coats. Cookie now serves as the CEO of Faith Christian Fellowship International, a global ministry that serves thousands of ministers and leaders. Fred serves as a representative of Faith Christian Fellowship, traveling and speaking in churches and conferences around the world. Fred and Cookie both serve on the Corporate Board of Father’s House and serve as Elders to the church.

Now over twenty years later, Father’s House is reaching and raising the generations to take their place and impact their world. With an emphasis of relationships, the Holy Spirit, and global impact, Father’s House continues to fulfill the direction that Fred Brothers received almost two decades ago, to impact significant places around the world.
